Default Help Please!

On my 3 week old blackberry bold, trying to free up memory I decided I did not need Sheet To Go as I do not use my bold for any work such as spreadsheets. I went to "Applications" > "sheet to go" then pushed the blackberry menu button and selected "delete" it said it was in use and I deleted it anyways. It then said it had to reset and asked if i wanted to reset now and I said yes now all it seems to do is have the white screen with the timer ticking around slowly?

I have removed the battery and put it back in but the phone has been sitting for about 5 - 7 mins and it has not resolved it :( can anyone help?

My first thought is that you should just let it sit there for more than 5 minutes. Rebooting the phone can take some time, so be patient. Beyond that... anyone else have an idea?

What happens when you remove the battery?
