I posted on here a few weeks ago with reload software 507 error, got my bold back up and working FINALLY. But my issue now is, if the battery is taken out of the bold, it freezes at the white screen, and everything has to be reloaded EVERYTIME the battery is taken out. Would that be a sign my battery could be bad? With not a lot of talk time and messages, my battery doesn't stay charged like it should. Has anyone else had this problem?

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

I'm no expert but if everything needs to be reloaded after you take out the battery, it sounds like there might be a more serious problem.

You can try checking a replacement battery, but if you could through a warranty replacement, get a brand new bold.

I would redo the OS installation.
