| ok, I understand the fix buy what is the cause? as a new "reconditioned" Bold (4th one in 6 months) is on its way, should i wait and do that with the new one? I tend to like to understand the reasoning for the problems instead of the standard wipe/re-format the hard drive or we will send you a fixed one and things will be better. can you imagine if the auto industry tried that approach!!
