This morning I made a thread in network outages because my bold kept saying sos and I hadn't changed anything. A couple mins ago I found out were actually upgrading the hsdpa network so if your wondering why your bolds aren't working fir 3G under rogers. Workaround: switch your phone to 2G only to continue receiving sms,emails etc until 3G network is back up.
