Default Could someone help me out....Please???My BB Bold 9000

Please Login to Remove!

So quick question.
Im trying to restore my BB to factory settings.
I messed up my trackball... and someone has agreed to purchase it...
and i want to factory restore it... i've tried this.
youtube com/watch?v=v8IDrZ7KWME]YouTube - Blackberry Use JL CMDER To Reset To Factory[/url]

But i mean the author doesnt speak... although i do applaud him for setting up a video.. it really isnt any help to me...

I was hoping.. and praying that someone would take a look at my thread...

And maybe give me some advice..

I havent tried a "Wipe" because i am still confused on what it will do to my phone... i've read a myraid of threads about how it will completely nuke my phone... and i'll have to download the old software?
I apologize for my complete stupidity in the manner... but im just so confused..
and was hoping someone wouldnt mind taking just a little time to help me out.. i would appreciate it beyond comprehension since my beautiful phone has been like this for a while...
yeahh.. thanks again all.
;(

Back up your device.

Then wipe it which will remove all the data.

Then install the operating system it came with when you got it from the original CD.

Done.
