Default view google calendar with browser

Please Login to Remove!

I have a bold 9000 and want to use the blackberry browser to view a google calendar that has been posted to a website. I know that I can set it up to sync with my calendar, but I don't want to do that. My local hockey association has created google calendars for each team and posted them in to the team's webpage. Its a public calendar, and it works just fine from IE,firefox etc. But when I use the browser on the BB, I get a white box, with the name of the calendar in the top left but nothing in the box. I can't see the calendar.

What do I need to have enabled to make this work? I have tried the built in BB browser and Opera. Is there some setting (i.e. java etc) that I need to enable to make this work?

thanks in advance
Bub

anyone? I have doing some research and haven't come up with anything.

I would love to have a shortcut URL to the public calendar.

something like

hxxp://m.google.com/calendar/mycalname

where mycalname is the email address and that will show me the default calendar for that email address.
thanks

solution found

tried a bunch of different stuff... but switching to "bolt" as a browser seems to fix the problem. bolt doesn't have any problems rendering the google calendar on a page
