When i open any link from my email or facebook app that needs to be open in browser. I get message "This is a Wifi Service please be ensure your device has an active WI-FI conneciton and try again."

I can browse websites when i manually punch in, but when i open link for some site i get that message.

any idea how to get that rid of it.. By the way i have my WIFI off..right now when i get this message.
