I am a newly converted Bold 9000 user! It's great although I have a 2teething problems....

1) My contacts sync ok with outlook but I cannot make calls from the contact in my BB - I click on the number and it will say 'call mobile' for example then it starts to call it but drops it after about 3 seconds.

2) When I have read my emails on my BB and I delete "both on mailbox and handheld", when I go into my outlook - they are all still there!!

Anyone any ideas?!

For
1) try a pulling the battery out for 30 secs

2) login to your BIS account - you can find it here:
Where can I log into my BIS account? - BlackBerryFAQ
and edit the e-mail options

For your 2 teething problems i would recomment maybe a chew toy or a soother, what ever works for you :p
