It´s common that Lotus mail-, calendar-, en task items synchronize with the BlackBerry device. By all of the BlackBerry devices that´s what happens, except one….

For me it´s impossible turn on the wireless sync on the BlackBerry device. I don´t see the option to select wireless sync by the task option menu on de BlackBerry device.

Specifications
Domino 7.0.3 op BES 4.1.6.21 BlackBerry Bold 9000 4.6.0.147

Done: New mailfile, new BES profile, new OS on device and another new device could´t solve the problem…

Any idea?

By the way, the mail and calender do synchronize. Only task not....

Problem solution: Unknown. After removing Lotus roaming profile of this employee and a restart of the BlackBerry/Domino server the problem was solved. On the BlackBerry of the employee the option to select wireless sync by the task option menu on de BlackBerry device was visable again......
