Just got my replacement Bold 9000.

Have set everything up fine via Desktop Manager saved stuff.

My Docs to Go keeps saying Permission Denied - change permissions - I have set everything to ALLOW.

I have also tried disbaling/enabling the firewall but can't work out what's wrong.

The other thing I have noticed is that only DEVICE is showing for storage and not my Media Card in Docs to Go.

Can anyone enlighten me on where my Media Card is and how to set permissions accurately ?

I desperately need this application working as use it for my business when away from my desk.

Just noticed: My handset is saying there is no media card inserted? On my last Bold I never inserted one it just came with the handset I am sure.

do a scan disk on your media card and fix errors, than on bis resend your services
