Default email app enterprise

Please Login to Remove!

I have email with enterprise on my Bold but I added a personal email. The problem is when an email goes to my personal email it also copies to my enterprise in box. How do I stop this? Thanks

Enterprise email ONLY goes into the MESSAGES icon.
the MESSAGES icon is a CATCH ALL for ALL types of messages.
The only way to seperate is a) talk to your BES admin and ask them to change it (this will create a BES wide policy, which is why most do not do it). or b) use Empower.
This will create a seperate icon for you BES mail.

Again.
MESSAGES is a catch all for ALL messages.
However BES mail will only go into that folder.
It is not a seperate folder.

You're misunderstanding what Midnightdraven is saying. Do you have a separate icon for you BES mail, or do you have the Messages folder. The Messages folder will catch everything; email (from all accounts), call logs (unless set not to), MMS/SMS (unless set not to), PIN messages, IM messages, BBM messages, etc.

Take a look here: BES Users FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ
