Unhappy Left Speaker problem

Hi..My left speaker doesn't work but when I open the back cover and closed it again..sometimes it work..it's a brand new bold..please help me.

If moving parts around causes it to work then you have a short. If it's brand new (under 30 days) go to the store and get it swapped for a new one. If it's over a month, call CS and they will set you up for a warranty exchange.
