Default need some help

so had a curve then bought this beat bold from co worker cuz i had no phone
used it for a month no problems..
then after, it would start to shut down on itself?
then i notice that one of the screws were loose under the battery cover
holds the phone to the shell?
and every now and then it will loosen so ill have to tighten it again..

but last night, it went completely dead
so i get home this morning and plug it in, and it doesnt turn on?
all its doing is blinking a red light
and ive pulled the battery out and put it back in numerous times and nothing seems to work?...

does it sound like a phone problem? or is it the battery?
its been plugged in for 4 hours now and its still the same 4 hours ago..
just that red light blinking..

ive already done some shopping for another bold
but im mostly concerned about all the stuff on that phone..
pretty attached to it..

im hoping its just the battery..

any kind of help, input or direction would be much greatly appreciated.
thanks.

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

Sounds like a wipe of the device usinf jl_cmder

And a reload of the OS is where you should start

You can find the instructions in the FAQ section
