I do not know if anyone posted this anywhere else, but if so, please treat this as a reminder to all AT&T BlackBerry users...AT&T has started offering MMS to iPhone users and expects to see large increase in mobile network traffic.

See Article: How could iPhone MMS crash AT&T's network? | ITworld

I cannot say that I have seen any slow downs so far, but I will be on the look out for such issues.

It began Friday and it died on Friday. System overload.

Is it working today?

I just talked to one of my users at my company who uses an iPhone for personal use. I sent him a message from my AT&T BlackBerry Bold and he got it within a few seconds. However, I am unsure if iPhone users can download the update at this time.

He confirmed that at least part of the service dropped on Friday. I did not see this, probably because our BES users use Verizon per recent change in policy.
