I am a new user of 9000
I have a contact list in my outlook, and we have a BES in my company.my maill will push to my BB automatically.
After first sync. I got all my contact in the BB, when I key in any word on my BB, it will search in my contact automatically, but after 1 day, it does not work, It will search in the golobal address book of my company only, no any record in my contact list will be get.....

how can I find the problem? how can I solve it?

You might have a Filter set in your BlackBerry's Address Book. Click on the Address Book icon, press the Menu button (but button left of the trackball), then click Filter from the menu.

Un-check any Category names that are checked.

Nobody set it , the filter will be added automatically?

don't think the filter will be added automatically, but if ever happens again and have to keep un-checking the filter, try a battery pull.

no, after test, I can be sure it not a filter problem.

I can see all contact in the list , but I can's search them , no resault after I input word and push the trackball.
