im on orange and just got my bold

i have been told to activate the blackberry services on but have been told me phone isnt registered when i try! i go to advanced routing options and am told a register message has been sent, but then nothing happens and i still cant activate the blackberry services

which means i cant use 3g browsing etc. which has made the whole point of having a blackberry pretty much redundant

please advise!
