Default Bold videos - 10-02-2009, 05:03 PM

Is there anyway to convert MPG videos to work on the BOLD?

If so how?

Thanks
Andrew

You will probably need some software to convert to a different file format. Do a search on google.

i have on my computer Real Player SP version which is free to download, when I open it, I'm clicking on my library where you can add any videos (you tube or your own made), then highlight any video and it gives you an option to convert it to any model of phone you have and as soon as you connect your phone to computer it will download directly to your phone, if you want to be downloaded to media card it has that option too, right below the option when it says convert to BlackBerry Bold, as easy as 1 2 3, sorry for my English it just 6 years old

What format do you need to convert them into so you can copy them directly into your BOLD?

A.

Go to the blackberry website and look at the specs for the bold, they will tell you what video formats the bold supports.

I use iOrgSoft Video converter, perhaps the best converter program anywhere. Although it's not free (I paid about $30), it has the ability to convert any video format to any other video format. Takes a long time to convert, though, but it kicks ass.

Since I didn't see this directly answered.
