Default Static Screen...

Please Login to Remove!

I've been noticing a static screen on my Bold recently. It'll go from a static screen, to a blank white screen, to what it's suppose to display. I haven't installed any new apps. I did just update the OS to the latest about a week and a half ago. But this problem didn't start until yesterday. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Try a battery pull. Also, have you ever opened the bold.

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

Sounds like a loose connection between the main board and the lcd

I'll try the battery pull.

How do you remedy a loose connection between the main board and lcd?

You have to open up the bold and make sure the the wire connecting the main board and the lcd is tight.
