Default synchronize using bluetooth

Please Login to Remove!

I've been trying to synchronize Bold with Desktop Manager version 5. I always end up with the DM not responding, and the Bold waiting for it to even get started. As soon as I plug in USB, it starts synchronizing ok.

What's wrong?

I have been having a similar issue. Does your computer have integrated Bluetooth or are you using a Bluetooth Dongle? If so, what type of Bluetooth Dongle are you using?

Try downgrading to DM version 4.6 or 4.7. There still seems to be trouble with DM 5.0

john.mccoy- Yes I did.

I downgraded to software that came with the phone, desktop manager version 4.6, from the downloaded version 5. Still, doesn't sync. Same symptoms.
