Default Bold - Keeps Rebooting - Help ASAP Please!

Hi Everyone -

I'm hoping you can help.

History

Software: Updated about 6 Months ago.
Memory Usage: Limited -Only e-mails I have 2 apps that I've had forever
Recent Changes: Started using BlueAnt Bluetooth headset over the last 3 days

When did the Problem Start and What Happened
Last night I was on my bluetooth headset and was talking. While I was talking I also was texting from my handset. My signal kept dying, so I kept callling back the person I was talking to. Eventually what happened was that my phone turned off. Went black the red light came on then the white screen came on with the little clock.

Typically when this happens I pull the battery out. So I did that and did a hard reset.

When I did this the phone stayed as a whiet screen and a clock for about 5mins, normally it takes 2 mins. So at the end there was an error message that popped up, and I can't remember what it said. But I think it was reset failed. So i clicke on reset again.

Since then all that happens is

1) Black Screen Red Light
2) White Screen Black clock with the hand rotating
3) Black Screen

and then this cycle repeats

I've taken out the sim, the battery and let it sit for over 2 hours and then put it back in. Nothing is working. Can someone please help me asap.

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

You may need to wipe the device using jl_cmder and then reload the OS

Look in the FAQ section there are instructions on what to do if Jl_cmder won't connect

First try with jl_cmder

Hopefully your data is backed up.

Start here - How do I wipe the BlackBerry using Jl Cmder? - BlackBerryFAQ

If that doesn't work - What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

Good luck!

Thank you NJBLackbeI had to do a complete wipe - it was annoying but at least I have a blackberry and don't have to go buy a new device.

Hi Burriqui - check out the link above - this is what I did

Open desktop Manager
click on application loader
click on one of hte options

Pull out the battery
plug in the phone to the computer (USB - DIRECT)

you'll have an option that comes up USB then click ok.

Sorry - I don't have the exact steps - but follow the above link it'll work!
