Default os 5.0

Please Login to Remove!

this morning I opened DM to do a back up and it showed that I had an upgrade os available to 5.0, upgraded and phone at this moment working fine, not a tech but let's see how software behaves.

nope, I have the DM 5.0 already, my phone says 5.0.0.238, platform 5.2.0.14

Did you accidentally install a os 5.0 on your computers? Because if that is the case, DM might have thought that os is a newer version than yours, so it asked you to upgrade. OS 5.0 is still in beta and has not yet been released.

nope also, the last 5.0 os beta I downloaded was with the 8900, I deleted the software month's ago, cant say were it came from but I dont have a downloaded beta in any of my file's.

I just did this to update to the new carrier release on, and my DM5.0 said no updates available

Ok here we go, just installed it (sorry can't post a screenshot)
It's indeed version 5.0.0.130

Problems I've so far:
BlackBerry App World not working (Error starting net_rim_bb_appworld blabla)
SMS Messages I see the number, not the name
BlackBerry Messenger is gone

Is someone knows how to fix this all please let me know!

downgrade to the latest released os. It is stickied at the top of this forum.
