Default Bold automatically resetting!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I have a blackberry bold - since attempting to reboot this morning, my bold has been rebooting over and over again!

I have tried the following and these have made little difference:
- a reset using Alt+shift+del
- Battery pull and reinsert.
- tried connecting to desktop manager.

Can anyone offer any advise pleeeeeeeessssssse....

Thanks:

I think you need to use Blackberry Desktop manager to reload your OS.
You may also need to use JL_CMDER (do a search) to wipe your BB prior to this operation.

Have a search on the above file - I think you'll find some posts that state that this is the cure to your issue. I'm no expert by a long shot, but I'm searching on something similar right now and seeing cures for your situation but not mine. Let us know how you get on.

PS - a search on NUKED BLACKBERRY on google may take you somewhere useful.

First try reinstalling the os using loader.exe, if that does not work, try this:

I am having the same issue, but for me I believe it's a battery issue... However before I came to my own conclusion my service provider told me to try uninstalling all apps that are on the Bold and wait 24 hours to see if that helps.
For me in the past when my Bold would reboot itself and present the white screen of death I would just upgrade the Desktop Manager and operating software and that seem to help.

Put a bit of card above to battery to keep it tight. I have the same problem with one of my batteries. Several layer of tape and card keeps it tight.
I have not had a problem since doing that.
