Default Bold 5.0.0.238 - BBM5 & VVM probs

Please Login to Remove!

Ive searched through the forums and google but struggling to find answers to a couple of issues since installing 5.0.0.238 on my Bold (Orange UK 3G) so if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

1> Since install of new OS BBM5 installed from the App Store first shows as 'Archived' but then when it tells me that Ive succesfully re-installed the icon is missing. Ive unhidden everything and been through all the folders but cant find it.

2> I cant uninstall apps from desktop manager as once I have deselected them and then cicked next I get an error message saying "the application blackberry visual voicemail cannot be loaded because some required files are not available" and wont allow me to go any further.

I have done the usual battery pulls, re-sent service books from BIS and also re-registered via host route table....

Well, you may want to consider reverting to the latest version released by your carrier and that's an unreleased beta.

Thanks, un-installed BBM from AppWorld then downloaded from blackberry mobile site which worked - it even went and found all my contacts.
