Default Crashing/Self Rebooting/White Screen of Death

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone
Okay so I've had my Bold 900 for just over a year now... and never really had any issues with it. After a few months of ownership, it started to reboot itself and give me the white screen of death with the hour glass... so I would update and upgrade the desktop manager and o/s on my BlackBerry, and that seem to work. Now whenever I use it for example the bbm for any length of time it seems to crash every 3-5 minutes. I've noticed that it's getting warmer a lot faster and the battery life seems to dying awfully fast. So when it crashes on me I remove the battery, wait a few minutes, put it back in, let it do it's thing to get back to normal and I would leave the leather back off and so far it seems to stop crashing. I called my carrier and they told me to remove all apps and wait 24 hours, so I did... it's still crashing/rebooting. I know it sounds clearly like a battery issue, but what I want to know if anyone else is having the same issue? I want to make sure it's something I can fix myself before taking it in to my carrier and spend a bunch of money to fix it and have to be separated by my beloved BlackBerry.

Wirelessly posted

Doubt it's a battery issue. Had the same problem with my old Pearl 8110. Rogers replaced it and gave me a refurbished. I believe it's a memory problem.
