Default Question about BB messenger - 10-18-2009, 10:07 PM

Hello, i just recently downloaded the latest BB messenger 5.0.0.33. When i start a conversation on BBM my name and other person's name dont appear in chat. Is that due to the platform i am using on my BB. atm i have
v 4.0.0.235

I was wonder if that is the cause or is it just the bugs in the BB messenger.

Thanks alot for your help.

Try a battery pull, then reinstall bbm.

This isn't the real Caesar's Palace, is it?
What do you mean?
Did um, did Caesar live here?
Um... no.
I didn't think so.

If you updated your BBM to 5.0 there should be an option.

Highlight your name on the top select options and make sure the "Show grouped names..." Is checked ON

As well... I don't know if you can install BBM 5.0 on less than v4.5 good thing to look into that!

BBM5 is only recommended for OS version 4.5 and above.

I think you'll find the OS number the OP quoted was the PLATFORM number found in the brackets.
