Default hidden pictures are still visible (just dimmed)

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I searched for it, but couldn't find an answer...

In my pictures folder I have a set of photos that I keep hidden, and if I need to access them I'll can do the old "explore, show hidden."
After I went to .297 I noticed that all the pics are visible, but the thumbnails of the ones tagged as "hidden" are just slightly dimmer than the other ones.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Thank you,

Keith

Yeah... stop storing nude pictures on your phone.

gate49, try going into Media, then Pictures, then activate the BlackBerry menu and choose Options, now see if you have an option to Exclude Folders. If you do, then you can create a folder, place your private images in there, and then go back and mark that folder as one to exclude from standard viewing.

ifonline, I'm not sure that you're helping. Everyone uses their phone for their own purpose, and it may not even be nude pictures, just pictures you would rather not be immediately visible.

Well I would think that he/she would want to make sure that those pictures are backed up, so I would suggest that he/she stores them on the corporate network in a folder call "My Private Pictures". That way he/she can access them from any computer and be assures they will be backed up.

Passe? Bah! Maybe they could be the home screen wallpaper? You know... just throw it on out there for everyone to see!

Now this sounds like the perfect idea. You get corporate backup and storage, plus you get to share with others. Nice!
