I bought a Bold a few months ago & people could only hear me intermittently on calls. I would fade in & out. I brought the set back to O2 store, they sent it away saying that it was probably a faulty speaker. The handset was replaced & I received it back today. I spent all afternoon setting up the darned thing & same thing is happening again tonight on calls. I am breaking up & other person cannot hear. I am so disillusioned. I do not believe that the second handset has the same problem, it must be something else. Can anyone throw any light on this please? TIA.

How may bars of service are you getting? How old is your sim?

I got a new Sim card just in case. That solved the problem for less then 24 hours. Yesterday I could not make calls in the local area, I could make calls to UK & could only receive some incoming calls

Also the new set that they sent me the battery is only lasting on full charge for less than 24 hours. I am so sick of this!

Another issue that I have is when I try to set up on Wifi I get cannot get IP address yet it says that Wifi is on, ugh!
