Default Map & download not configured for BIS or BES - 10-25-2009, 07:35 AM

Hi,
I have a bold 9000 on orange network, however maps and downloads are not seem to be working.
Message coming up
"your device is not configured for BIS or BES access."
can anyone help

If you do have the plan, call them up, ask for technical support and explain the problem.
This happened to me on t-mobile uk the first day i got it.
They hadnt set it up properly.

Default Worked for me.. - 10-28-2009, 08:46 AM

had the same problem (after switching to 5.0 OS), and simply erased service book entries and got a new ones.. seems that the issue was with iPPP for BIBS
