Please Login to Remove!

I have 5 users now that's been complaining that there phone just shuts off randomly. Battery is full and still happening. Can someone please let me know if you guys experiencing the same issue.

it's disable... this is happening to any provider.

i found that there was a little bit of space around the battery, and if the phone was bumped just right, it would power off/on. the same fix that worked for my 8800 also worked on the bold. cut a business card in half, and insert it against the battery, and place the cover on top. it makes the cover and battery squeeze together a nd the battery stops shifting around and potentially coming off the contacts that cause the power recycle...

Are these new out of the box? This can also be a memory issue, or an error with a specific application. What is thier available application memory right after they boot up? What third party apps do they have installed?

No third party install... Also, Bold seems to drop a lot of calls even though the next person have the same provider and have the same coverage. Does anyone having the same issue.
