Default Should I bother Upgrading my Os?

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I just bought an unbranded, unlocked BBBold and i love it.
However, when I checked my software I think my OS is pretty out dated.
v. 4.6.0.247 (Platform 4.0.0.206) as I understand V.5 is coming out soon should should I just wait for that? Are the any real advantages to upgrading to a newer OS? I guess I am hesitant because I am afraid of messing up my handset for some features I might never use.

Thanks alot!
