you need to login with the username and password you created.

Then call your carrier, ask for technical support, explain you want your BIS username and password reset.
You can then create one. Don't do it via the phone, do it via the webpage.

Draven, I think there's some misunderstanding.
I don't see the page where i can EDIT/DELETE an email, the same page where I can add an existing email. Once i go thru the email setup i get a page that asks for my Username & Passwd, If for instance i change my 1st biz email I can't change it on my BB now because i cannot get in to this page without the Username & passwd... I sent my phone with a driver to my carrier (its where i actually bought it from in Ghana/West Africa).
If they failed to help, I really doubt that formatting will fix this error/fault. If it does then I'll appreciate a help on how to format it.
Thanks again mate

I said nothing about formatting.
The username and password is what you need to login to the page to EDIT and DELETE and ADD NEW email addresses.
You need to call your CARRIER and ask that they RESET the username and password so you can create a new one, to LOGIN to ADD the email address.

Formatting will do nothing.
