Does anyone else here having the same issue as we are. We have bunch of users that is using Blackberry Bold and the device just shut off by itself. I heard this is a known issue with the bold but I just wanted to check if anyone fix this issue permanently.

I have heard persons that have recently upgraded to the 5.0.0.314 OS having this problem. Is this the OS that you're running on those device?

Then sounds like you have a batch of defective devices. You should consult your supplier.
