| Encrypted Email Problems Please Login to Remove! Hi guys,
Im having a problem getting encrytped email working on our Bold 9000's from our BES.
I have installed the root certificate and the relevant personal certificates. Installed S/MIME support package and enable S/MIME encrypted emails on the BES.
All I get it the following on the hand held:
This message was S/MIME encrypted but your device cannot decrypt it. Please read this message on your desktop.
Any help would be greatly apppriciated as this is doing my head in.
