hi, I tried doing a search, but was unsuccessful in finding an answer. I have a locked picture file that I took on my camera. How do I unlocked this file? I checked properties, but it didn't give me an option. All help would be appreciated, thank you

Don't think you can. You took that photo while you had encryption turned on, and you may or may not know, BlackBerry security is very tight. So that photo won't be viewable anywhere else but on that BlackBerry.

What I can suggest that you do however, is use a program called BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife (BBSAK) and take a screen shot of the image as you have it displayed on your BlackBerry device (if the image is that important).

Hope it works, let us know.
