Unhappy Zero Power-Full Battery-VERYcritical info needed - 10-30-2009, 05:16 PM

Hello all,
I hope you sre all wel and have a good weekend.
I would greatly appreciate any help or ideas AT ALL!!!!

FYI, I have AT&T.

This morning, my alarm that came with the BB, went off and all was fine and normal for a couple of minutes, then the screen went to the white screen with the little battery. I have checked the battery several times with another BB and it is definitely fully chargeg and the a/c charger is also working fine. Other than that, I noticed I had very slight trouble or some kind of delay with the power key for a coiple of days. It just wasn;t working on the usual wuick click, etc.

I really REALLY think for now I just need a need a way to power it on and then hopefully can save critical info then take care of any service necessary.
I know somephones have a unique series of keys that work as a power button or something like that to get it to turn on. I truly think just powering on is my immediate and main current issue, then I can work on serving it as necessary, etc.

I tried the USB several times and it isnt recognizing the BB.

I have alot of critical info that I am very concernced about recoviring so I am exceedingly highly grateful for any help.

I have my email in my profile and would greatly apprecite if you could also have any replies sent to my email.

Please seriopusly condised to try to help me. I have some very serious family emergencies going on and need to be able acess and save critical info, etc. I am highly concerned (of course!)!

Thank you all!!
Be Blessed!
Sheri
