Updating? Were you doing an OS upgrade? From what version to what version? Was it a BB9000 OS?

Is the battery in properly? Did you reboot the PC? Do you have an SD card int he device? If so, remove it and see if DM sees the device.

Do not plug into a HUB, plug directly into the PC.

You might need to wipe with Jl_cmdr and reinstall the OS, if you can get DM to recognize the device.

Can't see that keeping the battery out for 24 hours will make any difference. You get the same effect if you pull it for 30 seconds or so, then reinsert and reboot.

Nobody knows why, but lately people who have been having issues with their battery have left out their battery for 24 -48 hours and it has fixed their problems.

This isn't the real Caesar's Palace, is it?
What do you mean?
Did um, did Caesar live here?
Um... no.
I didn't think so.

leaving the battery out for an extended amount of time refreshes and drains the backup power source for the memory hub

Thanks for the tip. Will have to remember that one. Strange things occur everyday with electronic devices.
