Some more information please.

How often does it happen? Does it happen only while you are talking? Do you have an error code? Have you done a battery pull recently?

Do you have an SD memory card inside the 9000? You may want to take it out to see if the problem goes away.

MOST OF TIME WHILE I,M TALKING AND SOMETIMES WHILE BROWSING PHONE THE FONE RESTART AND NO ERROR CODE I PULL THE BATTERY OUT BUT STILL THE SECOND FONE HAPPEN I FIRST ONE I HAVE SOLD IT COZ THIS PROBLEM AND SECOND ONE IS SAME PROBLEM I JUST BOUGHT 5 DAYS AGO IT SEEM THE FONE IS HAS WEAK HARDWARE

I don't think we can help. I would recommend contacting the carrier and getting a replacement device.
