I just noticed, that on the screen that comes up when i'm on the phone, there is a small rectangular box, above "my number",with plus signs (+) that go from the upper left corner diagonally to the lower right corner? Any help? Thanks!

Its enhanced call audio.
green call button - menu - options - general - bottom 2 options change to normal and it goes away.
