I am trying to connect my Bold 9000 to my laptop. The Desktop Manager asks me to enter "device password". I tried to enter the code I lock my BB or the PIN that is on the phone box. Neither works.

Can anyone please tell me what is the device password??

It should be the password you use to unlock your phone.

If that doesn't seem to work, check to make sure that what you think is "1234" when you type it on your phone isn't really "wers".
