i have bb bold 9000 i find it soft ware very old then i try to upgrade it with new soft ware
i try last on e here in this forum and when it take place i have error massage then my bb not work or open just white screen then i try to reload it agian and again and it give me error massage
i need my bb work again what i can do

Wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see the FAQ for information) and then reload the software that came with your device , from the CD.

I hope you made a back up since all data on the device is now gone.
