Default synchronizing email button disabled??

Please Login to Remove!

when I connect my BB to desktop manager and try to synchronize between BB and Outlook, the line item "reconcile email messages" are disabled and there is no way to check the box in front of it. Is it because I ave not properly set it up?

I presume you're on BIS.
You cannot sync email between BB and Outlook.
