I don't follow. I think you need to explain exactly what it is you want to do.

Are you using a microSD memory card in the blackberry?

Yes. I have a microSD card.
Because I have a lot of audio and video files on it, I want to organise them by folders. But apparently I can't, or I don't know.
Hope it's more clear this time.

The blackberry does have the capability for you to create folders (open media app > menu > explore . . . ) But it will be easier for you to do it from the computer.

In the media card settings in options, enable mass storage, then connect blackberry to computer and use My Computer or Windows Explorer to do what you need to do. The microSD will appear on the computer as a removable drive.

But after I make the folders on the memory card from the computer, they don't appear on the blackberry after.
Also, from the computer I cannot see the audio and video files from the Blackberry memory card. Only the pictures...
Any ideea?

I have the same problem Balaurul27....
I made two folders using my computer, transferred music in each, but when I look at the folders on my phone, only one is showing and it has the music mixed up from the other unshown folder, altho there is one called 'unknown' which has mixed up music as well.... but on my computer there is no 'unknown' folder to look at or change, tis very strange

I don't know if the 4.6 OS had it, but when I upgraded to the 5.0 OS, I found a Files icon in the Applications folder, it's like Windows Explorer for the Bold, and it shows your folders according to how you organized it in Windows.
