Is it possible that downloading third party application from other websites can cause voice problem

my voice wasnt going through at all when callers called me or i called them

i tested on voice recorder , it wasnt recording

than i deleted a few 3rd party applications like iskoot etc, restrated my phone and then it was all good

than gaain next day i downloaded some 3rd party apps from 3rd party websites, again this prob occured..i again did the same action plan and it was all good

can someone advice whats wrong
