My contacts list is a mess, both on my device and on my PC Outlook system. To sync between the two is stupid, on my part. Is there any way that I can "selectively" sync new contact information from my PC to my device? Are there any suggestions as to how I can correct the contacts issues on my device and then again in my Outlook contacts list?

Describe what you mean by "mess" and the "issues" and what exactly you want to do.

In my opinion the easiest is to sync with Outlook and then clean it up in there and then re sync.
