Shahar, I use Blackberry Desktop Manager 5.0.1 in Windows. There is a "Synchronize" option. Within this option in the "Configure, Synchronization, Configure synchronization for my desktop program" section you can choose Microsoft Outlook, and which sections of Outlook to synchronize or not.
