Since yesterday morning.

tried everything i can think of. sent service books, re-installed with latest update, battery pull, Sim pull,....

please help

If there is a data outage, there isn't much you can do.

its a RIM data outage, theres nothing you can do.

Sorry, i actually have Bold 9000 with ATT. anyway, still down. Do i still need to call att? i would imagine they know the problem by now?
