How to repair PIN: FFFFFFFF
 

Can someone guide me how to repair PIN of my Bold 9000? Its currently appearing as FFFFFFFF in device status option and in Desktop software too.

I have also upgraded to latest BB OS 5 but the problem exists.

I used the "search" key at the top of the screen to find these threads.

If you got it off of eBay, get your money back. That one is hosed!

I have the same problem. My bold 9000shows the pin as ffffffff. I used Rim MFI Multiloader to revive it, loaded the OS with Crackmem and it works fine. It still shows the pin number as ffffffff, but it works.

What does "works" mean? Do you have push e-mail working?

Makes a great organizer that way but not much else.
