Default Need you guys help, screen malfunction

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,I've just started to use Bold 9000 for 2 days, I bought a used set from a guy with Starhub Carrier (I live in Singapore), the current ROM on the set is 5.0.0.681. all the other functions of the phone are working well, but the only problem has occurred to me is the screen:
-- when the phone goes standby mode, if I push any button -> the screen displays a totally white screen
-- when I lock up the phone and then unlock, the screen display like the picture I attached bellow, need to push the menu button for a few time until it displays normally
I 've already tried to reinstall the ROM for few times but the problem still remains. HOPE to see the instructions from you guys, thanks in advance

Buying a used BlackBerry comes with some risks. Since it is two days old, you should contact the seller and request a replacement or refund.

Did it get wet or dropped?

In any case, get your money back. Why pay more or start with a defective device?

only when being lock or standby, the screen will become like that, otherwise its still good, some of my friend told me that I should open and clean the mainboard, it might be caused by dust or wet
