I am having a problem with the keys on my Blackberry. The "End/Power" key will not turn it on or off, instead it will type the letters "nm"; the center button on the trackball types the "hl" letters; and the "Send" key types two other letters. Some of the letters will also do the same thing. Any suggestions? Is this repairable or is the phone DOA?

Also, I lost the microphone on the phone. The mic is covered by a small metal shroud. Is that repairable?
