Im having problems with my Bold. For some odd reason, certain time, not always, I cannot hear the other person's voice clearly. The voice sounds like it is cracking up as if I have poor reception (but my reception bar is full) and the other person could hear my perfectly. At times, I would hang up and simply call back, and this will rectify the problem.

This happens with and without the corded earpeice. I have a feeling that its the little speaker that is in the Bold. When I play music off my phone, it plays perfectly. The issue is just with the other person's voice.

Has anyone else had this problem? I have a feeling its a hardware issue as I have dropped my phone a few times

Yep. All the time. I blame the network and redial if it's bad enough.
